With an event fee of $75 and full access to basically all of Summit Point who would turn down such a great offer. A four inch layer of fresh ice powder and temperatures between 20-30F only the most dedicated came out to play. I saw old faces and new faces throughout the entire day. Many noobs getting some much needed seat time in the toughest track conditions i have ever experienced. The goal was 100 drifters to attend. 107 drivers brought their vehicles through snow storms and horrible traffic for one reason, to drift. Some even made the trip in the same car they intended to drift, one brave (or stupid, you decide) driver made the trip without working heat. It takes something very strong and important to make over one hundred people drive through a blizzard only to freeze their ass off for eight hours. Drifting ruins lives, but to many the consequences are totally worth it.

An uncommon sight to see on the east coast but this driver and vehicle deliver! At the end of day mechanical issues plagued him, best of luck in the repairs!
